Can existing bifold doors be reversed? If so, how do you do it?

To answer the question, yes, just swap sides, rt to lft, and vice versa. But why, if I might boldly inquire.

If they are louvered, the louver will be in the incorrect position if you just swap sides, but the solid doors will work fine. Same question from me?
