i have a couple of mini splits and was wondering if anyone here can help me trouble shoot the problems.
i have one unit that just turns off after about 30 mins. it blows cold air but just turns off by itself. this is a bondaire model.
i have another unit that won't cool when its cold outside. this is a 3 ton dual zone 17+17 Mitsu MrSlim model. I think its under charged but not sure if that is the cause.
i'm in a position where i need to fix the problem. i will begin at wyotech in june. any advice now would be appreciated.
thanks

On the 1st one it could just be a dirty condensor. Even though it looks clean it could have debris impacted in the coils.
On the 2nd one. How cold is the outdoor temp ?

how do i clean the condensor on a mini split system?
the mitsu works fine when its hot out. which is strange. if it gets down to say 50-60 degrees F it doesn't work as well. i called mitsu and they said those units are designed to work down to 14deg F. so something is wrong. under charged?
Thanks
