Thanks to this website I was able to find the problem with my A/C and fix it.
Granted, finding the part in stock was hell.
I was overcharged for the capacitor by about $20, but I would've probably spent a lot more money if I would've called the repair man.
The new cap was longer and thinner but gutting the old one and putting rubber foam gasket on the inside took care of that problem.
