What would cause water to accumulate on the inside floor of my fridge? Everything else seems to be working properly.

Drain is plugged.
Gently squirt a turkey baster-full of hot ( not boiling hot, but hot) soapy water down the drain tube to free up whatever is in there; a bit of lettuce or bread or whatever. No need to blot it up. It'll all go into the evap pan underneath.

I don't know where the drain tube is. It does not seem to be on the bottom under the crispers. Can you tell me where to find it?
