Yes, we have cleaned everything, front and back. Water is still gathering in the bottom of the refrigator. It is a Kenmore 21 about 10 years old. The water is not coming from the seals in the doors. Freezer is on the top. Thanks

A frost free fridge has cooling coils that normally accumulate frost and then will automatically several times a day melt this frost where the water will collect in the freezer compartment and then drain down through a tube to the bottom collector pan under the fridge.

It is either that the pan has an acccumulation of dirt causing the pan to overflow or the drain hose or collector cup if yours has one is plugged or the hose itself is blocked.

You can look on the inside of the fridge compartment at the very top and back area where you may see a small flat looking cup that looks like it would catch water.
You should be able to remove this cup to clean it then blow through the hole to clear the pipe.
