im hoping that i can get some advice about my outdrive. is it possible that the outdrive can sieze up the motor i just bought the boat and noticed the main billow was ripped in half can that make the bearings freez up?

thank you that answers that i guess ill be putting in a ne bearing and what not. i you were to do that repair would you replace the whole out drive or just fix the bearing and bellows
