I have a line going from the outside unit to the blower in my basement. This insulated line is covered with mositure and frozen, thus it is leaking all over my basement. What could be the causes of this and how do I fix it?

The suction line which is insulated should not be frozen or have ice on it. Your system is freezing up. The top causes are low air flow (dirty filters or dirty coils) or low freon. If low on freon, you likely have a leak.
