Walls and Ceilings - Question about inspection and house problem

I bought my first house a year ago. Starting from end of last year, i noticed more and more cracks on joints of walls and nail popers. Then I noticed that the top of an opened wall was sagging, so did part of the ceiling along that wall. I suspect it's a weight bearing wall and the opening of the wall was not not properly. I had a couple of contractors checked my house last week and they confirmed that it is a weight bearing. I wonder if the inspector insurance covers this or not since this wasn't indentified during the inpsection. Thank you very much for your advice.
