PLEASE bare with me as I try and explain the problem...I want to be able to at least try and repair myself before calling someone...I have Central Air and Gas Heat. My Central AC is a dual unit with part of the unit outside and the other part in my Utility room in the basement. My Air and Heat blows from the same unit inside (furnace I believe). The problem I'm having is that my unit on the inside BLOWS AIR out really forcefully. It sounds like wind from a storm.

What could it be? Or where should I began to look?

Thanks

Has it always done this or is it a new problem?

If it's always done this then the ducts could be undersized or the blower is oversized.
If a new problem maybe someone set the furnace fan at too high a speed, the filter is dirty or someone has closed several supply vents or dampers.

Tell us more about the system, ductwork and house.

This is a new problem. My furnace is a York Diamond 80 and I live in a two story house with a basement. About 3000 sq ft. I believe its coming from my Blower. My Unit is a Up Flowing Unit. It's also a split unit. I am not sure where the filter inside the unit is located. I have changed the filter inside the Aprilaire Humidifier. I checked what I believe to be the supply vents and they are set to OPEN.

I am probably better off calling in an AC service but its already Friday and I am in a conference out of town all next week so I will not be here to what happens so I can become better proficient.

I am not sure where the filter inside the unit is located
First you have to find out where and what filter you do have. Look at the cold air drop take the blower door off??????????????
