I have a 2003 Stanley push mower (re-branded Murray) with the LEV120 motor on it and both electric and rope start. The mower starts up right away with the rewind/rope start but won't turn over or even make a noise with the electric start. I replaced the battery hoping that this would do it but no dice. Is this likely the solenoid? Any help is greatly appreciated!

A push mower doesn't have a solenoid. You'll need a test light or Ohms meter to diagnose and pinpoint your area of trouble.
