Well when i flush it, it goes really slow and alot of bubbles come up. Some times it floods and i cant use it anymore because it wont take it up.. Not sure what is wrong with it, My dad said you need a new bowl. Any advice would be nice.

That may be the case lo..but if bubbles are coming up it is because it is clogged or has a partial clog..

Snake it out. If that doesn't fix it remove the bowl and snake the line out.
