I read the other threads but still need help.
I have a Kenmore Heavy Duty Washer #110 24632300 that won't spin.
It was steadily getting worse over weeks. I'd wash clothes and it wouldn't spin them well enough at times.
I washed a tons of clothes all day yesterday and at the last load it just stopped spinning. It fills and drains but won't spin.
The motor whirs but the drum has no movement at all. I tried moving the drum myself but I can't.
I called Sears and set up an appointment for repair in a week but this worries me since we're on a budget.
Is there anything my husband can check out and possibly repair himself?
