My snapper rider front tire lost the seat on the rim. How do I reseat the tire? I have an air compressor.

I'd remove it, remove the valve stem core, and while inflating with a rubber tipped blower nozzle, put pressure on the tire in such a way that makes the bead work it's way to the rim. An easier way would be to carry it to a tire shop and let someone who has a knack for it put it back. It can be difficult. A tire shop probably would do it for free or very little.

If you don't have access to an inflatable beading strap, then a little trick that works fairly well is using a heavy rope (1/2" or so) and placing it around the circumference and drawing it so that it squeezes the tire to a point that forces the bead outward.
