If I wanted to replace the supporting beams that hold up my deck, how would I go about doing so with out rebuilding the deck?

You would have to go about 2' from the present beams and install temporary beams to hold the deck up while you do your replacement Jacking it up slightly will aid in getting the old ones out and new ones in, letting it back down to level. Take your dimensions from the original lumber and duplicate them.
