I took the belt of that runs the deck and cannot remember how the tensioner goes now when I move the lever to start the blade nothing happens ,Does anyone know where I can get a diagram of how it is set up?

The only thing I can think of is a break-down of your mower but I'm sure that won't help. Baring in mind that flat idler pulleys will ride on the back side of the belt and V-idlers will ride on the inside of the belt should be all you need to know. If it helps, as you're sitting on the mower, the left length of belt (from the engine) will be the power side of the belt and no idlers should be here - only on the right side (slack side) of the belt routing.
