Changed gas water heater, w/power vent. Hooked up gas spill switch. Back up NOT getting gas pass valve that is wired to power vent. Any ideas what or where the problem is ? Things I should check ? Thanks

Do you have a power vent water heater or a regular atmospheric b-vent type water heater with a power vent added in?

Regardless of which, please specify make and model of water heater and power venter.

Hi, The power vent is an add on. I am not at the location of the water heater at this time BUT will get the make and model number tomorrow.
