I have some stains on my dark green enduro suede sofa caused by the those little rubber protectors on the bottom of a portable keyboard. The spots are sticky and black. I have tried the solution that was provided by the furniture store for heavy soiling, but is is not working. Does anyone have any ideas on how to clean these?

Assuming this is a faux suede fabric, perhaps a solvent cleaner like rubbing alcohol, denatured alcohol, or dry cleaning fluid would work. Test first in inconspicuous place for ill effects on dye. If in doubt, contact a uphostery cleaning professional.
