Hi
First time post. I have a mastercool 6500 dd model whcih has a 2speed blower motor. Just reconnected for summer ( after replacing water line with external poly tube). Anyway, albeit the 12" pads may need replacing soon, when I switch to HIGH on either cool or vent, I seem to get the same speed as LOW. The pump/water levels/oiling etc all was done and seems fine. Would this be a fuse issue? If it runs on both settings , maybe wiring? The tension in the belt is a tad loose but I cannot see that being the reason.
It cools ok, just that its on LOW... and when the summer hits here in AZ for real, it may not be too happy. I know I may not ;). It was fine last season.
So any ideas or tips to try would be great.
thanks

I had the same problem after the power got shut off for maint. I have window cooler it went to high. trun off the power at the source to reset it, that may do it. if not talk to the maker of the cooler tech dept.

It is a roof mounted unit and is always unplugged throughout the winter so that s not the issue. Thanks though for the feedback. If anyone else has any ideas ? that would be great. On low it runs real well, just that when I turn to high, nothing changes.it cant be much but I have double checked most things and it baffles me logically ;)
