We have a 4 yr old glass shower door. It has tracks w/wheels at the top, and the glass doors are held on with a type of clamping mechanism and gravity. They slide back and forth in front of/behind each other. One end of one of the doors has come out of this clamp mechanism. It is tight-quarters to try to loosen those screws to insert the glass back in, even with a curved screw driver (like an allen wrench). Is this a job I can handle or do I need to call a professional? Please advise as to how to proceed.

Have you tried removing the door(s) from the track ? You should be able to lift the door upward slightly and toward you (if you're inside the shower) and the door should come right off. This will enable you to at least get a better shot at those screws.

My outside door has to come off first, as the inside rim is too tall for it to be removed. Just a thought.
