Hi everybody,
Yesterday I programmed a security system (Vista 20P) with the CIA Modem.
After programming I receiceved teh following message:
"Latched trouble in memory" "Zone 40"
"Zone 40" is a wireless motiondetector from type 5888:
I have two of those devices in this security system.
The good one is programed to ZoneType 01 (Exit/Entry)
the bad one is programed to Zone Type 04 (Interior)
My question is what does this trouble message means and how can I fix it?
I can not arm the system if that devices is active.
Thank you for helping.
Best regards
Juergen

Troubles and tampers on Ademco wireless devices do not automatically restore. If the cover is removed from a wireless device, you have to enter a code + 1(off) as if disarming the system (often more than once).
