My plumeria is starting to gets its leaves back on it. However, they are turning yellow around the edges. What could be cuasing this. The plant was very healthy last year and has been in the ground for about 2 years.

Plumeria must have well-drained soil. If you have poor drainage and have had excessive rain, it can take a toll on the plant. Several days of rain can cause plants to rot. Overwatering is the most common mistake among plumeria owners. Plumeria prefers hot, sunny locations and rich soil high in phosphorus to promote flowering.

Thanks, I have some day lilies around it so the plumeria was getting a lot of water. I will cut down the watering and add some blum booster fertalizer.
