I am looking for a source to find a LV relay and an AC motor speed control to integrate into my home automation system.

The application is a gas fireplace. I need a LV relay that upon closing the LV dry contacts switches on a Line Voltage circuit or relatively low amperage (1. to 2 amps).

The second application is to control the speed of an AC fan motor (relatively low amperage 2-3 amps) using a LV input.
