There is water damage from leaks on the ceiling of this 70' MH. How should I go about fixing this. It is very pourous and has these strips in every sheet. I don't think they sell this style anymore.

I'm not aware of any replacement panels although you might check with a MH supply store.
Generally the best you can do is clean off any loose material, coat the stain with a solvent based primer and then paint when dry.
The only other choice would be to replace the entire ceiling in that room. If you use something heavy like sheetrock you may need to beef up the ceiling framing as it is constructed of 1x2s with scrap paneling for gussets.
