Title pretty much says it all. I couldn't find this potential issue in a search through all the icemaker threads here.
My icemaker seems to be in good working order (makes cubes), but it has regularly been leaving icebergs in the tray below, which renders the door dispenser useless.
I watched it run one cycle without the tray, and a few very small drips emerged as the cubes were ready to be ejected, but once the cubes were ejected I noticed they were very wet to touch. Presumably this could be the cause of my iceberg issue?
Granted, I'm not a repairman, so I don't know what is too wet vs okay. Could the heating element be turned down?

Anyone have ideas on this one? I know icemakers aren't fun to diagnose.
