Hi there, I had a new patio added on to my exsisting patio. looks great except when it rains, I have puddling in one area. I am not sure what can be done about this to make sure it drains properly. can the surface be sanded somehow? is there a material that can go on top to level without it looking bad?? please help any suggestions are appreciated

They're called 'birdbaths' -- they happen. There's really nothing that you can do about them, short of tearing out the slab and repouring it.
