when I turn on my dehumidifier I hear a relay click but no fan or compressor. I can't find a service manual for that model. Do I have to replace the power board? And no...the fuse is fine.

even if the fan is shot, shouldn't the compressor be kicking on at least?

Yes the fan should at least kick in as well. I will look for the info tonight when I get home from work.
