I burned a hole in my carpet with a cigararette and I need to repair it. Any suggestions?

First, no more smoking in the house.
Second, you'll need a scrap of the carpet to make a patch. You cut the hole in the carpet and the scrap using the same pattern (like a round cookie cutter) to make the patch exactly fit the hole. If there's noticable wear in the carpet, you won't be able to make this repair invisible.
Best bet is to cut the burn out with a razor blade, leaving a lower spot in the pile.
