I have a 40ft cinder block retaining wall that tapers from 3ft height to about 1ft. Ten years ago I had a stucco material applied to it. During the last several years many pieces of the stucco have cracked and fallen out, these are mainly on the top of the wall. The front of the wall, is in pretty good, shape. What s the best way to do a long lasting repair?
