I have a strange condition that I can't figure out & I'm hoping that someone here may be able to help me identify the problem...The bullnose around my stoop (and the bullnose on the steps leading down from the stoop) are constantly wet. Even if it hasn't rained in a week they remain wet. I assume it's only the edges (bullnose) because the stoop & steps are pitched slightly towards the edges, so any internal water runs toward the edges. I also think the moisture must be coming from underneath because the wet spots don't dry even when it hasn't rained recently. The stoop & steps are concrete pavers. It was a rainy week during construction, but could this much moisture still be trapped under the stoop to still be wicking it's way out (stoop was built about 9 months ago)?? If anyone has any idea what would be causing this and/or how to remedy the problem I'd greatly appreciate the help...
Thanks in advance
