is not lining up with the latch
the mod # is TGF657BFW
the latch does not appear to be bent at all.
Im not sure what the part is called. but the hinges where the door
connects that steps up to raise the door and has a block at the end
that prevents the door from opening to far appears to have dropped.
The step up does not raise the door high enouph to elign the latch.
and the stopper at the end is slightly low sop it does not prevent the
door from over extending. Its as if the whole door dropped. I see
there are springs could it be this.

Hello lupi2279. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic.
Based upon the problem description and what I often found the problem to be when I was in the repair department was damaged or broken hindges. One or both hinges may be damaged and or broken. Which causes the door to not fully open or fully close nor partially remain open.
Retail parts dealers and appliances parts stores can also help determine what the possible problem may be based upon that specific brand and model. Bring the make, model and serial numbers. Dealers and appliances parts stores are listed in the phone book.
