Wire Puller gave the correct answer, but just the wrong name. They are called catherdral trusses. They are used all the time. Made to fit your building, and inexpensive. You can buy the truss cheaper then you can buy the wood to build it. Good Luck. Any place that sells trusses like Home Improvement Stores or Lumber yards can help you.
