Hello klsuch. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Some brands and some models the buzzer may or may not be turned off. Refer to the owners manual, call the customer service phone number, etc. All else fails and you cannot turn buzzer off with a setting or selection option, about the only other means is to disconnect one wire going to the buzzer. Not the best nor always recommended solution to shut off that buzzer alarm but may be the only solution.
Be sure the electrical power to the appliance is turned off, before attempting the disconnecting of a wire. Also be sure the wired removed will not come into contact with anything metal or any other part, etc.
Access to buzzer possible at front removable cover plate to control panel.
