I have a concrete block garage that I want to put a second story onto. The second story will be wood framed with gable roof. What concerns me is that two walls ;the back and one side are bowed inward from end to end and the back wall is out of plumb. This was the result of being built against a bank. The bank has since been removed from contacting the walls.Other than tearing down the garage and starting over is there a way to reinforce these walls? Any suggestions?

Thanks
Gerald

You would have to get an architect or engineer to allow the second story, they will tell you what needs to be done.
