I have a 10 feet walk way, I poured the the wrong kind of cement on it. It was probably flashing cements, anyway, it looks horrible. I want to redo it. I used a 2x4 to roll over the poured on cements and it didn't come out good. I want to re-do it again. What kind of cement should I use? FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETE? (sorry for the caps, cut and paste from the home depot site). What tool should I should other than a 2x4 to even the surface? and what should be the correct water/cement ratio? If I pour the cement and water into a bucket, how long should I stir? is their a step by step website you can recommend? thanks again.

Are you talking about coating an existing sidewalk, or pouring a new one from scratch? If coating, use Quikrete Resurfacer and follow all directions on the bag to a "T". If you already put the wrong product on it, you will need to remove it before applying the Resurfacer.
