I have a new Aprilaire 600 installed humidifier on a Trane heat pump. I think I have a bad humidifier control "Autotrac stat".
The humdifier will not flow water in test mode, auto or manual mode.
24v power is getting to the control "stat" "R\C" but no power is coming out "The two H leads".
Does this mean the stat is bad or could be something else? I am checking for power at the stat leads. Also should the stat "R\C" leads have power only when the fan blower is running?
What should the HH leads show when the stat is working?

I am getting 27 volts on the RC all the time with fan running or not and
12 volts on HH in test mode or when I move the dial. Could someone check there to let me know what they get.
Thanks

Correction from the above post.
The HH post shows 0.12 volts NOT 12.0 volts on HH in test mode or when I move the dial to call for more humidity.

Where are you getting 24volts from on R/C?
In set #3 on the install maunal, did you set the dial up for it?

I am getting 24v from the air handler. Check the voltage on the autostat.

If I go direct to the humidifier with 24v the water flows with no problem.

I see I did a typeo on my posting, in the install manual, step #3, did you set the dial to match your system?
