I did not remove the battery from my Murray 12 hp lawnmower and it went dead over the winter. Can I jump start it from the car? Or should I just buy a new battery? I had just bought this battery last summer. Thanks.

It is alright to jump it from your car but it is advisable to have it voltage as well as load tested. Any automotive parts store will usually do this for free for you. Be sure all your cable connections (six total) are not corroded, also.
