Good evening,
I have a Briggs & Stratton Intek snow engine that broke the governor spring. The # I got off the side of the engine is 000808FD under that 12D4130019 E1 The old spring came out of hole #4 My question is when I go to put it all back together (tomorrow I hope) The carb should be in the w.o.t. posistion now before I tighten the governor control lever to the governor shaft do I need to turn the governor shaft all the way counter clockwise then tighten down the control lever? If anyone has done this and could let me know it would be very helpful! Thank you! Will,
