anythng can be done if you are determined enough. with the price of grills out there I would tend to purchase a pre-made one though.
Individual parts tend to be expensive and you may have to engineer parts to fit.

Weber makes a wide range of replacement parts and accessories etc.I don't remember ever seeing a kit or parts to convert one of thier charcoal grills to lp.I suppose it would be counter productive to selling new lp grills.
If you really do want to pursue this I would do one or both of the following.Go to weber.com or go to an authorized Weber dealer and see if parts or a kit to do this is available.Do not go to a big box store that sells Weber products as they are not given access to the entire range of Weber products including the better Weber grills.
Weber provides authorized dealers with a catalog listing every single item they make including every replacement part and every kit.That dealer will have access to a regional distribution center which can have the parts to the dealer within days if the dealer does not already have it in stock.
I would not pursue doing this with non Weber parts or in any other matter.This could lead to a dangerous situation.
Ultimately you can buy a basic Weber lp grill for around 300 dollars or so.Authorized dealers will have ones that are have stainless interior parts for only around 50 dollars more.Full availability of parts and accessories also.
