Hello,
There are two slate tiles that poped up on my exterior steps from water getting underneath and freezing. These tiles are inlaid in the center of the landing. Is there a special type of mortor mix or cement that I should use to re-set the tiles? The area below the tiles appears to be a bed of concrete and the remains of the setting mix, the installer used to set the tiles.
