Hello,
I am new to this forum. Can solvent based Polyurethane be applied over well cured (several years) water based Poly? This would be for interior wood trim (doors, railings, etc.). Is the solvent based Poly Tougher than the water based product? What about the reverse. Can water based Poly be applied over well cured solvent based Poly? Thanks in advance for all replies.
