Can anyone tell me if I can safely attach a brick, earth filled planter to the exterior wall of my house? I'm worried that I might draw moisture into the wall. Should I seal it with something first? Any advice would be welcome, thanks

When you say "attach", do you mean that you will be using the existing wall as a structural element of the planter? If so the answer is NO. If you mean that the planter will be structurally discrete from the house wall, then the answer is a modified YES.
