I would like to use Kilz on a water stain in my swirled ceiling and then paint the entire ceiling.
What would be the best way to apply both products?
Thanks for any help,
Paula

Welcome to the forums Paula
I assume you are using the oil base original Kilz for the water stain. Waterbase Kilz does a poor job of sealing stains. Pigmented shellac is best but oil base should do ok.
Apply the primer with a brush. Brush and roll the paint. A 3/4" nap roller should work fine.

Thanks Mark for the welcome & the advice.
Naturally its the waterbase that I have on hands, but thats better than finding out after the job is started.
