I have lots of hairline cracks in the wall of my shower stall. What is the cheapest way to fix it? I heard I could spray some type of adhesive. Any ideas?

thanks

Are these cracks meaningful, or cosmetic? Is it because the shower stall is as brittle and thin as an eggshell? Are the walls of the unit flat, or do they have protrusions like ledges, soap dishes and shower bottle holders and all that stuff, sticking out?

The cracks are in a flat section of a wall about 2 feet from the floor. I'm worried that it might get bigger leading to leakage. It's surface cracks, not all the way through. It's starting to get stains.

Thanks

If it's flat, you could redecorate over it with linoleum. Linoleum (vinyl flooring) makes an excellent tub surround! Years ago, I did a rash of 22 of them in rentals and they hold up great.
