My machine bangs loudly and travels during the rinse cycle. We have balanced it, replaced the springs, and have even had a service call that was worthless. He said the clothes were off balance and to adjust them every time manually. But it does it no matter what cycle it is on: handwash, delicate, normal or heavy duty. It is so loud that you can hear it on the complete opposite end of the house. You can even feel the vibrations in the floor. Any hints?

How old is this machine, and have you tried to call a dealer to simply ask if this machine has had any service bulletins issued on this machine, regarding this.
