can anyone tell me how to get into this field, i want to learn to do pavers, brick stairs, and basic landscaping with stone...

You could try calling the people that do that type work in your area to see if they need a helper. Maybe just to do some of the lifting and grunt work so you can see first hand how it is done. Or maybe have them do a project for you telling them up front that you would like a lesson on how it is done as they do it. Maybe even offer a little extra money for the job and lesson together.

I believe EP Henry holds training sessions. Don't know how much they cost but I believe they are during a weekend and get you cerified as an EP Henry Installer
