Hi!
I`m planning to buy a house and lot `and the kitchen part needs a repair and and a few improvements. The Realtor is offering me warranty and given me discounts for the principal price.
Here it is:
p=$250,000.00
d= 30,00.00
Therefore I only pay 230k. I estimated the repairs would be for 20k. . .
After renovating the said house . I`m planning to sell it. What is the best amount for the newly repaired house?( this incudes lot) I want to offer a package deal of 350k. Please advise on the best procedures on my plan...

No one can tell you what kind of price you can get for your prospective investment without being there, doing comps, etc... Leave it to say: The price you can ask (and get) for the property is whatever someone else is willing to pay....
From the tiny bit of information you've provided - it sounds as if that particular house - and others like it in the area - are worth around 250K in good condition. Yours is discounted to 220K because of it's bad condition. If you make renovations/repairs back to the neighborhood norm, it's going to be valued around 250K.... If you renovate it in grand style - it's going to be worth around 250K (you can overdo it very easily).
I would suggest your plan include doing neighborhood comps to see what that particular property "should" be worth in prime condition - then consider the slump in housing prices which seems to be ongoing. Get serious about the cost of repairs/remodels - those costs tend to be a lot higher than a first timer estimates on his own. From there, you can consider whether or not your plan will work. Good luck.
