There is brown fluid leaking from my 4-year old GE freezer/refrigerator. I've slided out the fridge and looked at the floor. The fluid is only coming out from the front panel, not from the back. I don't see fluid in the food section either. Actually, I cannot locate the point of leaking. It's a GE 19.8 Cu. Ft. Capacity Side-By-Side Refrigerator, Model# GSS20IBPCC. No water/ice dispenser.

The defrost doesn't work either. It happened before 2 years ago due to a burn-out defrost heater. Maybe it's the same problem again. But there was no leaking last time. I'm not sure the leaking is related this time.

I really need help!
