Dishwasher was here when we bought house so don't know how old it is. Has been working fine for months then last night used "Rinse And Hold" cyle for the first time. Started the cycle, then after 5 minutes pulled the lock lever to "off" and went to bed. Now nothing works! Don't have the manual. Any ideas? Thanks.
