A toilet is roughed in how far off the back of the wall and also the side of the wall? I remember being told the measurments in plumbing 1 but I just cant remember them!!!! (I'm also talking about the measurments before the walls are put up in a building like a contractor job and what not)
any help would be awsome thank you!

Welcome to the forums! From the "finished" wall the center of the drain should be ~12-13". From the side wall the measurement should be somewhere around 18". This will give elbow room and reach room for a TP holder. Of course, to me, this would be a minimum.

chandler is close, a average toilet is 12inches from the back side of the finished wall, the side measurment minimum to center is 15 or 15 1/2in. depending on local codes, the more distance to the side mesurement is a positive. Lots of luck.
