I've tried to reattach the tank to the bowl and i can't seem to get the bolts that attach the tank to the toilet bowl to stop leaking. Is there some secrect to sealing the bolts? They have rubber washers. I've tried to align the tank a few times to make sure things are straight, but they still leak. Should i tighten them as tight as I can or just snug them down? any information would be greatly appreciated...thanks,,Kelly

Kelly - Do you have the washers under the head of the bolt (inside the tank) or under the head of the nut. If they are new washers they shouldn't leak. If they are used washers, they should be replaced. Also check to see if the bolt hole in the tank isn't chipped or cracked.
